Only upload information and recordings you are authorized to use. Obtain appropriate participant permission before processing interviews. Protect invitation and handoff links because possession of a link grants access to its intended content.

AI-generated output is a draft. Your team is responsible for checking its accuracy, interpreting uncertainty, reviewing source evidence, and approving anything shared with a client. Scout does not replace professional judgment or a project agreement.

Your team retains responsibility for its project content and should keep exports of important approved work. Access, support, and data-handling arrangements are agreed with the team operating your workspace.
