Do clients need a Scout account?
No. Stakeholders answer through a questionnaire link. You manage the project, responses, and documents in Scout.
Does Scout replace discovery meetings?
No. It helps you prepare for them and work through the input afterward. Use the draft documents and suggested follow-ups to focus your next conversation.
How much control do we have over the AI?
You choose which documents to generate and when. Scout creates drafts from your project’s responses and interviews. You check the sources, edit the content, and approve what you share. AI drafts can contain mistakes.
Who can see our client’s information?
Your organization’s members can access its projects. Respondents use their questionnaire links; shared handoffs show the versions you select. Input is sent to AI providers when you generate documents. See our data and privacy details.
What does Scout cost?
Scout is free during beta, with usage limits. No credit card is required and no payment is collected in the app. Paid plans are not available yet.
